Non-Returnable Product
Solar Cleano is a non-returnable product. Once purchased and delivered, the product cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction after use.
Damaged Products During Transit
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged due to transportation or shipping, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To process a claim for a damaged product, you must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email your claim to info@hminnovations.in.
Provide the following details:
Order number
Customer name and contact information
A brief description of the damage
Four (4) clear photographs showing:
The damaged bottle/product
The damaged packaging (if applicable)
The shipping label
A close-up image clearly showing the damage
Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence may result in the claim being rejected.
Claim Review Process
Once we receive your claim and supporting photographs, our team will review the information. If the damage is verified as having occurred during transit, we will, at our discretion:
Provide a replacement product, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method.
The review process may take 3–7 business days from the date all required information is received.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
